A gem of a restaurant on Great Western Road, this is where I go for a takeaway if I feel like spoiling myself. The Sweet Chili Chicken is so good I haven't tried anything else on the menu yet, but I have friends who swear by the sushi. There's a delicious selection of 'wee plates' - must get round to trying the tiger prawns or scallops in garlic, soy and coriander - and the noodle choices include broth-based Ramen and Tom Yun Udon and fried noodles with Red Thai curry. There are a good mixture of meat and vegetarian rice dishes too, including Teppanyaki Beef. If you've got a sweet tooth, try the Coco Banana for dessert.
Portions are a decent size and prices are very reasonable - noodle and rice dishes from £ 6.40 - £ 10.50. They also do Bento boxes at lunchtime for £ 6.50.
The decor is great in here and staff are very friendly. It's licensed and only a five-minute walk away from Kelvingrove Underground.
