The team of Public Coffee Roasters see their coffee as a form of art – and I think it might be fair to say that this is no exaggeration. On the hunt for the perfect Third Wave Coffee creation, Public Coffee Roasters put their attention on every single step of coffee production.
They start off with choosing handpicked, high quality coffee beans from small importers or even visit the coffee plantations and coffee farmers on their own to make sure to receive the best beans. For the next step – the roasting process – Public Coffee Roasters go all ‘Hanseatic’ with a swimming roasting facility, located on their own little house boat on our river Elbe. The final product is delicious tasting coffee topped with beautiful latte art. The friendly baristas prepare it with love and are happy to present their tremendous amount of coffee knowledge, if you’d like to learn more about it.
Another bonus - if you can’t get enough of Public Coffee Roasters, just buy some of their treats for your home.
