Beer is not my favorite drink, but sometimes it's a great option. On some weekends we meet up with friends and go for a photo safari starting from the historical old town up to Istiklal Street. These tours generally end up in a pub.
Corner Irish Pub is located in the heart of Istiklal Street (which is the most famous street in Istanbul) but in a very hidden way. We discovered Corner Irish Pub in that way. They have very good beer varieties, including a lot of exported ones, and a cosy inner atmosphere. They also have delicious beef burger options (meantime the Ottoman burger is my favorite) and French fries. They are my choices with beer.
In addition, if you are addicted to watching sports games, especially on weekends, you can watch a lot of soccer, American football and some other sports games.
