About me
This is what I enjoy the most: exploring and sharing what I've found with others. I am a storyteller. I am collector of good memories in life. I am one of those friends you ask for a good place to dine, cafe to take your SO etc. Just ask me about anything that I might know. It is my passion and pleasure to share the joy I find in life.
Why Istanbul
Istanbul is like life itself. It is big, complicated, chaotic, full of surprises, dreadful and fascinating at the same time. I adore life. I accept the way it is and enjoy every second of this blend of suffering and joy.
Where else can you find me online?
"Nail Kitabevi & Cafe" in Istanbul is in a historical baroque, rococo-style building. I come here for peace of mind and a nice cup of coffee with my book!

"Dem Kadıköy" is cheesecake heaven in Istanbul. They've got more than 35 different types (!) and all of them are inspired by some Japanese tea on the menu.

"Jacqueline Cookies" Istanbul: my favorite cookies, period, even though they're much more American than Turkish. Try the Extra Dark Chocolate & Pecan Nut.

"Apartıman Yeniköy" in Istanbul is a restaurant ideal for dinner or lunch with friends -- if you like creative, chef-inspired yet cheap, delicious dishes.

"Vi Coffee & Healthy Living" in Istanbul is a great raw vegan cafe that makes great raw 'cheesecake' with cashews, coconut cream and vegan cream cheese!
By
"Tarihi Karadeniz Döner" in Istanbul is the only kebab place in the area which has a queue, and this should tell you enough. A bit fatty, but so delicious.

"Velvet Cafe" in Istanbul's old quarter Balat is a perfect reflection of this neighborhood. It's a homelike, cozy, antique place. Definitely try the halva!
By
"Blum Coffee House" in Istanbul is my choice for work or leisure. I love the clean, inviting, Instagrammy decoration & their tasty, super-healthy desserts!
