You might have seen my previous article about Fika, a tiny cafe that has shaken up Kraków’s speciality coffee scene.
Bad news? Fika is permanently closed and it will be missed. Good news? The Fika team is still around, serving the best espresso in town. As a speciality coffee geek, I take full responsibility for these words.
Body Espresso Bar has earned its name after one of the main properties of coffee. It refers to a sensation, the perceived weight or fullness of the beverage. The cafe’s logo is shaped like the letter B, or one of the parts of the human body. Take a closer look and you’ll get the joke!
Of course, they serve coffee with milk, but trust me, give their espresso a chance even if you don't usually have your coffee black. You’re in for a journey! Oh, and ask for their seasonal specials, too. They like to get real creative! If you feel like having a conversation about coffee, this is the perfect place.
The location is the cherry on top. Wojtek, the owner of Body, is a professional architect and he knew how to get the most out of the place. Get your coffee, sit back, relax and enjoy the details. You’re in for a treat!
