I am a big fan of crepes so as you can imagine, I was very eager to try out the creperie that opened up at Wolnica square during the pandemic. At the heart of Kazimierz, the owners of CRÊPE ME create the most luscious desserts in the form of crepes.
The interior is quite simplistic but the outdoor seating area overlooking Wolnica square makes up for it. I always choose to sit outside, as long as the temperature is not too low and the sky is clear.
Crepe Me offers one of my preferred sweet meals. The filling ingredients are good old classics like OREO biscuits, kinder Bueno or Ferrero Rocher chocolates mixed with fruits and chocolate. You can't really go wrong with such a mixture. In the menu you can find pre-made compositions so when I am in a rush I order the banana dream. When I feel more "creative" I go with the "Make your own" option which you can use to create a crepe with only the ingredients of your choice. I am not really keen on savory crepes but they are also part of the menu and from what I have heard they are also quite popular.
If you happen to be looking for a place to increase your blood sugar levels in Kazimierz then make sure to visit.
