This is a place that might become a must-see for all coffee geeks. If you’re lucky enough, you can see the process of coffee roasting when you stop by Karma Coffee in Kazimierz.
Locations
There are two places where Karma has its cafés.
Coffee roasters
The roastery is founded by coffee lovers, who traveled to coffee plantations themselves to choose the ones the wanted to collaborate with. The owners also run an Asian restaurant - KaUdon.
Fresh, organic ingredients
The lunch and breakfast menu is seasonal and might change weekly. Every dish is made using high-quality ingredients.
Arm yourself with the right coffee items
Besides freshly roasted coffee, the café also sells coffee accessories. You can ask baristas for help with choosing the right tool for making coffee that fits your needs and taste.
Tip: you can call the cafe and ask about the days when the coffee is roasted to see the process. There’s a window that enables seeing how it’s done (and the smell is amazing!).
