A place called "the joyful cafe" simply can't be bad. Here it happens to be one of the finest coffee shops in Kraków. Wesoła Cafe's philosophy is already legendary - as soon as you enter, you stumble upon probably the most photographed neon sign in the city. It proudly says that "it's better to drink coffee than not to drink it". After trying their delicious brews for the first time, I couldn't agree more.
Wesoła Cafe boasts one of Kraków's widest choices of coffee brewing methods. The baristas are fully professional and always happy to help with making the perfect choice (and trust me, there's a lot to choose from!). But there's more - I absolutely adore Wesoła Cafe's breakfast offer, and so does a whole bunch of Kraków foodies. From bacon and eggs to smoothie bowls and creamy coconut millet porridge, there's something for every taste. My personal favourites include irresistible bread spread plates and, to top it all off, their iconic homemade cheesecake topped off with white chocolate.
Conveniently situated off the usual tourist tracks, Wesoła Cafe is located just a short walk away from the main station and Rondo Mogilskie, two major public transport hubs. No wonder many locals (including myself) love this place for working there with a laptop or an afternoon chit-chat with friends. It's better to drink coffee than not to drink it, but it's always best to drink it at Wesoła Cafe.
