Since brunch became "a thing", I've been to every brunch spot everywhere I can. And I must confess that, lately, most of them I want to forget I was even there.
But A Loba'Ma is my favorite place for brunch right now. Loba'Ma (The Bad Female Wolf) gathers everything I want in a brunch place. It's super cozy! Starting with the decoration, maybe resembling a grandma's house, but with wine bottles and art books. The staff is super nice. Service is fast. Ambient music is pleasant. And most of all, it delivers a variety of delicious brunch packs.
Brunch names are A Camponia (The Peasant), Capuchinho Vermelho (Little Red Riding Hood), Loba Má and Morning Sun. A Camponia consists of baked potatoes, poached eggs, bacon with baked tomatoes and toast. The Little Red has pancakes, strawberries and Benedict eggs. And so on. All with orange juice and coffee or tea.
They also have a variety of toasts, starters, food for lunch/dinner and desserts with funny names and desserts. It's not pricey, which is rare in Lisbon nowadays. There are tiny details that amuse me a lot, such as serving the orange juice in an old-style Coke bottle.
They are also open at night, but this I cannot talk about since I always go there for brunch. But I bet it's also wonderful then as well.
