"Linha d'Água" is a perfect park in Lisbon to relax, enjoy a book, sit in peace next to the fountain... Just be careful: the birds might steal your food!

"Miradouro Keil do Amaral" in Lisbon goes completely unnoticed in the middle of Monsanto forest... I think it's a magical place where I go to just relax.
By
"Hub New Lisbon" is a hostel with a nice view and other attractions, but what does it for me is their ball pit - just bring your socks and lots of energy!
By
"Casa do Lago" is a bar/restaurant in Lisbon in Jardin do Campo Grande. I love combining a boat trip with a passage from the terrace and having a coffee!
By
"Pensão Amor" in Lisbon used to be a brothel, and still has many of its original features, but now it's one of the best and most popular bars in town!
By
"Aquele Lugar Que Não Existe" in Lisbon, or 'the spot that exists now' has a great concept. This restaurant restricts phone use and wants to remain hidden.
By
"Jardim da Estrela" in Lisbon is a romantic neighborhood park. Lovely for reading, for children, for relaxing among exotic plants and sculptures. Magical!
By
"Montes Claros" is perfect if you want to take a break from the bustle of Lisbon and relax among the trees and the lake... It's extremely serene!

About me
I moved to Lisbon when I was 18 to get my law degree and I instantly fell in love with the city. I used to walk in the streets just to see and feel the life and soul of Lisbon and its inhabitants. I had the intention to return to my hometown after college but got stuck on the hills of Lisbon.
I love photography, travelling, writing and of course going out for dinner with friends! I am also extremely curious and I love sharing experiences, those that can contribute positively to the life and happiness of others.
That's why I started blogging and devoting myself to discovering interesting, easy and inexpensive programs to follow at the end of work, on weekends, and vacations.
Why Lisbon
What can I say about Lisbon? It's the best city in the world to live in and I am still constantly amazed by the fresh new spots, habits and opportunities that we can find in every corner.
I have travelled to some other European cities, but the more I see, the more I love Lisbon, its light, colours, traditions and smells.
Lisbon is increasingly a melting pot, and we can be surprised every day with a novelty - restaurants, shops, street initiatives, live music, dance... That's why walking in the streets of the city without haste is one of my favourite cultural programs.
Therefore, my absolute favourite characteristic of Lisbon is the fact that I never get bored - and neither will you!
