It's a one-of-a-kind pizza place. You can't really miss it, this unavoidable tiny place where people are queueing most of the time. Basically, it's one room where a big pizza oven, a pass, and a couple of tables with small stools are crammed together. Anyway, it has an incredible vibe, it's noisy, packed with different kinds of people, buzzing all the time.
It's the best pizza of my life. Yes, if you haven't tried their Ananas pizza, we have nothing to discuss here. It's a total game changer, a combination of pineapple puree with cheese, bacon, pickled red onions, and cilantro it's magic!
They have their staples like Spicy Amatriciana or Branca, and then they have two seasonal specials. Get a dipping sauce, chimichurri is my all-time favourite, and please save some space for basque cheesecake.
If you need to wait while you get a table, grab a beer or glass of wine and soak in the atmosphere.
