On a rather quiet street in Marylebone, this gem has been serving authentic Italian dishes for about 10 years.
Briciole in Italian means “crumbs”, which is exactly what will be left in your plate after you savour every bite.
Our server Dante was very kind and warm-hearted, with a high attention to detail and care, and our experience was top-notch. What I love about this place is that their menu is short, with a selection of plates that are finger-licking good. They don’t serve pizza and focus on antipasti and main dishes.
We started with the fried zucchini flowers filled with straciatella on a bed of tomato sauce and a traditional bruschetta. We wiped both plates clean within the first five minutes.
We all somehow ended up choosing pasta as our main, and it was perfectly al dente. With a glass of wine each, the bill came up to £40 per person. Which is not bad for West London and the quality of food we had.
Make sure to mention Inter Milan as your favourite football team, and Dante will be your instant best friend!
As always, remember… life is too short to die on an empty stomach – so make it count!
