Finger-licking good! Coqfighter is a small hole-in-the-wall type of place that just serves really good chicken.
They sometimes do collaborations with other restaurants like Grasso, where they create a limited series burger, or similar items, so make sure to check their socials to see what's going on at the moment!
Whatever you do, please order the house roast 1/2 piri piri chicken – you will lick that plate clean. I usually go with friends, and the bill becomes really affordable. We visit the Soho branch the most, and always have a booking as they have limited seating. We share most dishes, and order almost one of everything. It's the type of feel-good place, where you can enjoy chicken in all its forms and for a really good deal in London.
The atmosphere is usually not too loud and overall quite enjoyable. They have a few cocktails on the menu as well, with their spicy margarita as my favorite.
And remember… life is too short to die on an empty stomach – so make it count!
