In order to have a good balance between falafel wraps and the cinnamon buns that are an essential part of ‘the Malmö diet’, it’s good to have something green on your plate as well. Holy Greens is the place to fix that. Located in the city centre, this salad bar is very popular especially during lunch hours. All the ingredients used for their salads are organic and the menu itself is very extensive (though I always end up ordering the same).
Despite the central part of Malmö is not the coolest area of the city, I like Holy Greens because it’s a good place for people watching. Also, if you are looking for an Instagram friendly place for lunch, this is the place to go.
If weather conditions allow, I would recommend grabbing a take-away box from Holy Greens and finding a spot by the canal nearby for having lunch.
