Whenever I go to Milano, I spend a lot of time there! It is a pure joy to stroll through the aisles and between the islets of this Italian grocery - a family-run establishment open since 1954 in the heart of Little Italy - and discover a ton of attractive products.
What we find: lots of pasta, dried, fresh or frozen in a variety of flavors - an incredible amount of olive oils for all tastes and all costs - plenty of cold cuts - fine products both in sauces, condiments, chocolates and many others - ton of cheeses, including parmesan bricks at great prices - fresh vegetables and fruits - amount of canned food, bulk nuts, dates, figs and antipasti - coffees - and a wide variety of high quality meat for roasting, braising or grilling.
Above all, do not come to Milano when you're hungry, you would spend your full salary!
