A true taste of Shanghai comes delightfully wrapped up as tender and juicy soup dumplings from Dim Sum Garden. Sure to solve any hunger pangs I might have, this Chinatown restaurant is a favorite place of mine to bring a group of friends to pick and choose a multitude of edible delights to be enjoyed family style.
Steamed fresh and brought to the table in stacks, their Shanghai soup dumplings are then dressed by our crew in dumpling sauce and hot chili oil. Other favorites garnish our full table top, such as Steamed Vegetable Dumplings, Scallion Pancakes, scrumptious Eggplant in Garlic Sauce, and Sauteed Shanghai Bok Choy with Pork Belly. It never takes us long to empty our tins and plates. Before the inevitable food-coma sets in, I make sure the piping hot and delectably sweet Pumpkin Cakes are ordered for the table.
Dim Sum Garden also serves refreshing and tasty Bubble Teas and Smoothies to accompany your many dishes. If your tastes desire something stronger, Dim Sum Garden is a BYOB location.
