When I first visited Sabrina's after I moved to Philly, I thought to myself, this is the most unusual restaurant I have ever been to. Being a picky eater, I was scared of the menu since the chefs at Sabrina's are not afraid to mix ingredients that are a bit unconventional. But one taste and you will be hooked like I am.
Brunch is the busiest time to visit Sabrina's, but they make it easier than most brunch places by allowing you to call ahead to put your name in. This reduces the time you spend out on the sidewalk watching everyone else enjoy their food. Another great thing about Sabrina's is they are BYOBs. So bring that bottle of champagne and make your own mimosas.
All of Sabrina's locations are unique so you should try them all. One of my favorite dishes is their meatloaf. I have never liked meatloaf, but as I said, Sabrina's does not serve your typical boring food. They stuff the meatloaf with sausage, apples, cheese, and asparagus and smother it with gravy. Sounds gross, huh - but wait till you try it.
