7g Roasters is one of those totally hidden gems of Porto - but now not-so-hidden. The old coffee warehouse has turned into one of the coolest alternative rustic places of Porto with its unique flavors and tastes.
With high quality and well selected beans and tons of passion for coffee, the basis of 7g roasters are two selections of coffee from Ethiopia, one selection from Panama and another one from Brazil. You can taste them in your brunch, breakfast or afternoon meal while you eat some sandwiches, croissants, pastries or tapas. You can find some crazy combinations like lemonade mixed with coffee (whaaat? Yeah, you read that right!), but I prefer these separately to be honest. Ah! If you're vegan, order a toast with vegan cheese. They don't offer many options for vegans, but they seem to be trying to expand their vegan menu.
Believe me when I say: this is one of the best places to drink a really great cup of coffee. Some of Porto's cafés ask them to roast their coffee beans, like Negra Café or BOP. So, why not go directly to the source?
Besides all the tasty food (trust me), the place is really beautiful and it's just next to the 7g Roaster apartments where you can book a room if you wish a high quality place to stay. One thing I can guarantee you: the breakfast is completely amazing! Coffee will never taste the same, and prepare to drink a lot of it.
