Manifesto is a new concept of "container village" - a place created by multiple units (27 containers) which can be quickly reassigned to a different function. It was built in 2018 in a place you would normally have no reason to visit - just under a highway overpass. The original location was taken by construction and the whole operation moved to Smíchov.
It is a cashless market - so if you want to get anything here, forget the banknotes and coins, the only thing accepted here is "plastic". Manifesto's pride is the selection of international food concepts - from Fiji through Mexico to the Czech Republic. And there is not only food to be found here: you may experience various cultural events -- music, dance, workshops, and classes -- or shop for small artistic creations.
In the cold weather, here you can find transparent plastic "igloos" where you can drink your hot wine and watch people who were not as lucky as you to have a place inside, suffering in the cold rain outside.
