This little flower shop stands in a little street close to Malostranské náměstí tram station. You will find a great coffee place, Miners, Czech Lokál by Ambiente, for great Czech cuisine or even Charles Bridge, just a few meters away.
This place is called Květinářství U Červeného Lva (Flower shop 'Red Lion'), and it has been standing there since 1996, it is an absolute miracle. Květinářství u červeného lva is a lovely tiny place with a huge selection of flowers. This is the kind of place you visit, and you get the best possible service. You describe the event or the person you are choosing the flower for, her/his personality and you will get the best choice of flowers you can imagine. There is also a beautiful selection of wreaths for winter or springtime.
The staff prepares a very special combination of flowers with a focus on minimal detail. Inside, you will find a historical touch of Malá Strana, dry flowers all over the place, tiny decorations and a smell from another world. I love to come here to support this beautiful family business that really does the best job.
