If you enjoy sitting in between creativity with a nice cup of tea and either contemplating the flow of life or the emotional story of a book, the seats over at Monet Art and Books offer the best view.
This spot is an art gallery, a cafe, a bookstore, and a place for workshops. As soon as you enter, you can let your eyes rest on a changing collection of paintings and more creations from local artists with both traditional and modern motifs. Many of these paintings get sold for a very reasonable price, especially during winter sales when special offers are in store for every piece of art. They also have a line of other products you can buy - online through their page as well - including books, notebooks, souvenirs, and T-shirts.
You can enjoy all of that and grab a drink at the in-house cafe, or you can even enjoy the transition of the cafe into an art studio by enrolling in one of the many courses they offer during the week. They're especially known for their painting and ceramics classes, which is how I came upon the place. I signed up for the painting class through their Instagram page, and although painting is definitely not my forte, the class was still incredibly fun and relaxing. To redeem myself though, I will say that I did way better in the ceramics class, so I am not completely hopeless in the arts department.

I love going for a walk there to clear my head. It reminds me to enjoy the moment, especially since it's on a hill and therefor offers a perfect view.
