Reserva Restaurante has a modern, sleek and chic feel to it despite being in the historic center of Rome. The rounded booths and plush chairs create an intimate dining experience. The bright colors and upbeat music keep it fun and lively, too.
The lush and vibrant cocktails are perfect on a warm summer evening. The pair especially well with the seafood items on the menu, such as ceviche or the plantain tacos that have the perfect amount of lime. The grilled meat dishes have an Argentine flair, like the pichana or rack of lamb. All of the dishes are beautifully served on tropical-themed dishes with intricate garnishes.
The dishes come out perfectly timed, and the servers make suggestions, feeling like you really are being welcomed to a bit of South America with an expert amount of Italian flair.
