I love this street of Rome because it reminds me of the style of Berlin, its red bricks and its lofts with high ceilings. This spot is brand new in the quarter. There are several shops close to one another: a beerstro called Latta, a hip bar called Stadlin, an a pizza restaurant called Spiazzo... I have only tried Stadlin, I've enjoyed it, but it's not any individual bar or restaurant that I suggest - rather, it's the entire place. I prefer chatting and smoking outside any single shop than staying inside them.
Via Antonio Pacinotti 83 is a s side street close to the Ponte dell'Industria or, as it's called by locals, Ponte di Ferro, a brilliant metal construction made in the 18th century. You can visit this place any hour of the day but it's after 18:00 when it gets the most lively. You can have an aperitif, dinner, a cocktail, dance to electronic, trash music, etc...
This is why I love this spot: because within less than 100 meters you can have different choices depending on your taste and your personality.
