A small, simple but very cosy place close to the city centre (with another at Bolshaya Konyushennaya and 2 other places in more remote locations), it's definitely my favourite place when I have my "pizza mood". 100% Napolitano - a special kind of wheat - then only water, salt and yeast, being laid aside for 24 hours to ensure the best dough and than just some minutes in a real Italian oven to ensure the best taste.
By the way, if the dough was fermented 24 hours it is not only really airy, it also contains fewer calories. 22 cm is the diameter of the pizzas. There are also some starters, soups and alternatives like lasagne, meatballs and carbonara.
Add in some beer or wine, and you'll be in love with all the world. The wine list is not very long, but covers the geography from the South of Russia to France and Latin America.
My favourite 22cm pizza is Parmigiana Stracciatella, but you can find your own. Do not forget about a dessert!
