If you're in the mood for some of the best seafood in San Francisco, make the Crab House your destination. What a fun place! The entrance is fun and quirky, with crab nets, floats, buoys, etc., hanging from the ceiling—a tribute to crabbing for sure.
The portions are generous and so flavorful I could hardly eat for all the oohing and ahhing I was doing. Besides being plentiful, the presentation was beautiful. Every dish was colorful, steamy, and aromatic, not to mention tantalizing. I could hardly wait to sink my teeth into all of it all at once. It was like Fantasia, but for food!
The staff was exceptional and so friendly. It was hard to keep track of all the food they brought out, though the Shrimp Tomato Basil Garlic Pasta was just one of the outstanding entreés.
Make sure to take a group of people with you. You'll need them to finish all the excellent food you're sure to order simply because you can't help yourself. Go ahead and indulge. Just make sure your stomach is ready to spend some time eating all that luscious food. Oh, and wear loose clothing, you'll thank me later.
