A personal favorite is their spicy tomato beef ramen that never fails to warm my core and leave me considering ordering a second bowl – despite being stuffed. The side of roasted beef marrow bones is perfect over a bowl of rice. And, because they understand we all have friends, there is a vegan option of miso broth ramen that is very yummy, even without added bone marrow.
