Lunchbox Laboratory is truly a laboratory, which has some crazy experiments going on around making gourmet burgers. Their menu is way different than your classic American burger joints. This place is not just about experiments but they know how to make those burgers perfectly juicy and absolutely delicious at the same time. They specialize in combining the American comfort food burger recipes with some off bit twist to it. Some of their experiments are absolutely insane, such as their Burgers of Gods, which contains crumbled blue cheese, candied balsamic onions, gorgonzola spread. They also have some experiments going on in their drinks menu with some elective cocktails and boozy milk shakes.
In their burger experiments I personally like their tear jerker, which is probably the spiciest burger I ever had, and truffle love, which is definitely crafted with love. I also like their tater tots with their special jalapeño ranch sauce, which you rarely find anywhere else.
It's a little bit pricey compared to burger joints but these are some real gourmet burgers, which I rarely see anywhere else, and are very delicious. Also their burgers are really really big and heavy and I normally share it with someone else or take it to go since I can't finish the whole burger in one shot. It's definitely a place to get my fix for those juicy, fat, and comfort food burger cravings I get once in a while. In their happy hour they have slider size burgers.
