For all the praise I give to Dick's burgers, Red Mill deserves its own mention. Dick's hamburgers fulfills a late-night grease craving; Red Mill should count as a proper meal. The burgers here are made with great ingredients, the meat patties aren't ridiculously huge (a pet peeve), and the Mill sauce will have you asking for the recipe.
I like coming here for the delicious burgers, friendly service, and hometown pride I feel after eating a Red Mill burger. I recommend keeping it simple: order the Red Mill Deluxe burger (or cheeseburger) so you can taste the high quality burger without getting overwhelmed by too many distracting ingredients.
