Jeronimo Coffee is a specialty haven tucked into Tri Biseri in Aerodrom, just behind the iconic 7ca fast food. It is not fancy or exclusive. It is plain, honest coffee, roasted with care and served with quiet confidence. Open the door and you get the hum of grinders, the warmth of fresh roast, and baristas who speak in flavors.
The story starts with Jerry, a Dutch coffee lover married to a Macedonian, who felt Aerodrom deserved specialty coffee as a daily ritual. He brought a roaster’s mindset and a traveler’s curiosity. Sourcing here means profiles, altitude, processing, and balance in the cup. The menu feels like a playlist that changes with seasons and shipments, so regulars always find something new.
The lineup is unique for Skopje: bright, citrusy Mount Kilimanjaro; a warm, spiced Indian; the vivid structure of Mount Kenya with blackcurrant and grapefruit; and the classic Brazil for smooth, nutty comfort, perfect for milk or straight espresso.
The space invites slow mornings, laptop afternoons, and calm conversations. No theatrics, just craft. I have been a fan since opening because Jeronimo keeps its promise: roasting as science and hospitality in one. If you want coffee that tastes different from anywhere else in the city, Jeronimo is a must-visit, especially for true coffee lovers. Come for the Kilimanjaro lift, the Indian warmth, the Kenyan clarity, or the easy Brazil. Stay for the simple honesty of the place.
