In the Central Park, just between the football stadium and the river Vardar, you will find the Park Hotel, and in it, the Fitness & Spa department.
With a nice view and not too crowded, it is the ideal place to burn some calories, put on some muscles, or just basically stay in shape. You can do it on your own or have a coach walk you through the different types of exercises and fitness programs. For me personally it’s 40 minutes cardio, followed by core, back and abs training. Also, you can throw in a Kinesis workout from time to time. You can buy various protein shakes, energy bars, electrolytes or just water at the entrance, get a fresh towel and you are ready to sweat.
Afterwards, you can skip just across the hallway and enter the Spa. Dip in the pool, lie on the thermal beds, steam in the sauna, have a massage, or to put a single word, relax. And after it’s all said and done, the Four restaurant is on the ground floor, so you can easily renew some of those burned calories.
