You feel that continuity as soon as you sit down. Service is quick, the kitchen cooks for today, and the bill feels fair for what you ate.
You do not come here for brunch trends. You come for the staples locals trust. The beef stew, the chorba, is deep and aromatic, built on slow time and careful seasoning. The Caesar salad is crisp and bright, a clean counterpoint to the heavier classics.
The star is the unorthodox kebab, Majstor Dragi. Think of your usual Balkan cevapcici, then double the size and keep the center juicy.
