Roosty carries the spirit of Rustikana, the rock kafana many locals still talk about. The guitars, the regulars, the easy service, all of that energy continues here, only tighter and more focused. The room is built for live sets, the stage is close, the sound is clean, and the lineup moves from classic rock to indie and alternative. Some nights lean blues with nods to B. B. King, other nights lift with Led Zeppelin covers that get the room singing.
The food keeps pace. Roosty is known for award-winning burgers. Patties are ground for texture, seasoned with intent, and cooked for a firm crust with a juicy center. Buns hold, toppings are balanced, and the plate stays tidy to the last bite. There is even a rumor that when Armand’s father seasons the meat, nobody is allowed to watch, a small family ritual that fits the result.
Beyond burgers, the menu sticks to classic Balkan grill alongside pub staples. Expect cevapi, skewers, pleskavica, crisp fries, and sauces that belong.
