I've known this place for a couple of years now. In the beginning it was operating in the Red House - Centre for culture and debate. It was also a lunch delivery service. Then, finally they managed to open their own location. And what a location it is. A beautifully decorated house in the nice neighbourhood of Lozenets with a spacious backyard.
But let's focus on the most important - it's a great place for vegetarians and vegans. Dishes are prepared with low temperature and using carefully picked products such as himalayan salt and coldpressed olive oil. You could also expect to see things such as tofu, gluten-free bread and nut milk used to prepare the traditional Bulgarian cold soup "tarator".
I really like their guacamole (see it on the photo) and the hummus. Ok, you got me. I really enjoy eating dips especially with good bread. The rest of the menu is also quite interesting and to the average Bulgarian it might seem quite exotic.
I usually say that being a vegetarian in Bulgaria is a mission impossible. However, things have improved recently. Sofia already has a couple of places that are suitable for vegetarians such as Sun & Moon, Dream House and Kring.
