Spotter since 2023
I'm Emilia, I'm Italian and I have been living in Brussels since 2018. I'm a food enthusiast who loves discovering new spots, as well as experimenting with different cuisines by cooking for friends and family.
Why Brussels?
Brussels is a unique city, a multinational crossroads that brings together people from all over the world and with different cultures. One of the things I love about Brussels is the chance to try food from so many different cuisines. You can never really get bored here!
From side dishes like dumplings to main dishes like Bibimbap and Bulgogi, all are served with freshly cooked vegetables, steamed rice & homemade sauces.
