About me
I'm an old punk, mother of five kids and a workaholic (for obvious reasons), trying to get some sleep, sometimes. I come from a family of car racers, translators and historians. I look at the world and happily take pictures of it.
Why I love Prague
I love old walls and Prague is full of them. I feel at home in both my cities (I'm from Brno, now living in Prague), and I think my cities like me too. There's always some place to go to (not speaking about pubs etc), something new to see or something seen to explore again.
Where else can you find me online?
"Podolský Profil" is a great place to go hiking to in Prague during summer. It has a great view over an old swimming pool and it's in the middle of nature.

"Nový Hrad Kunratice" is in a big park, or even woods, not far from the centre of Prague. It's a beautiful place with some ruins of an old castle...

"Památník Nicholase Wintona" in Prague's central train station is a memorial to Sir Nicholas Winton, who in 1939 saved 669 children just before WWII...

"Fajná Ďura" Prague is a actually a wine cellar where I like sitting outside & looking at the pond, ducks etc but also how you get there. Amazing location!

"Fantova Kavárna" is part of the old main building and entrance of Prague's central train station. Its Art Nouveau style roof is just as beautiful today...

Go to the Vltava River in Podolí in Prague and you might get to feed the nutrias living there. Bring them an apple and they'll show you their orange teeth!
