About me

I have been going places all around the world since I was a baby. My Belgian-Indonesian roots probably have something to do with that. Wanderlust much?

When not discovering the world, I absolutely love exploring my own city, Antwerp. At any other time, I love to work out and take Zumba classes, go out for breakfast on a Sunday and spend time with family and friends.

Antwerp is a village with an international allure, I always say. I love its openness, inclusive character and diversity. There's always something to discover, to do, to enjoy. One minute you are looking at beautiful art nouveau houses, the next you are amazed by top-notch graffiti art. Antwerp is also a foodie paradise. I never cook on a Saturday, I always go out for dinner. Korean? Yes! Ethiopian? Yes? Michelin star restaurants? Check. I live in Antwerp's upcoming district 'Berchem' where a new bar, shop or restaurant seems to open every week. I love the busy atmosphere here, but there are also a lot of quiet green spots to just hang out and read a book.
