I doubt it you'll grow tired of Uzbek cuisine. However, if it does happen, you can go to a fantastic and really good restaurant in Tashkent where you can try delicious Lebanese and Uzbek food as well, with good service and very friendly staff!
This establishment is excellent, and although they call themselves a cafe, it is in fact a restaurant. The interior is fantastic: the dim lights and drapery create comfort in the main hall and muffle the sound -- you can calmly talk and not hear the people at the next table. There are glazed verandas, including separate ones for smokers. This place has large outdoor seats as well as indoor seating.
The menu is top-notch and quite extensive - they also have many vegetarian dishes as well. I note that you can dine for $20, but you can also spend $100. Everything is great, but there is one big thing - you can smoke a hookah everywhere!
