There might be a few places I haven't been to near the center of Tirana but Noor Coffee and Fine Food ain't one! In front of the Plaza Tirana, it looks like a small, cute and stylish place from the outside because of the little garden in the entrance and the tiny veranda on top of the stairs. Combined with the white walls and the colorful flowers on the flowerpots, it seems like everything is on point. It's not that I don't like sitting outside but I prefer the tables next to the windows on the inside area. Blame the magazines and the books set there creating a warmer atmosphere this way.
Done with the description - now we need to talk! The sandwiches man, the best sandwiches I have tried are there. I have a different place for every specific product and I have chosen Noor for this one. Even though in the menu there are different kinds of pasta or salads, I always order the same and since there are drinks too, Noor has a special place in my heart.
The name says it all: coffee and fine food (I would say better than just fine).
