Stephen Center is like the meeting point of all tourists or people who've just moved to Tirana. I think they tried to make it obvious that there's a place for everyone, no matter where you come from, through the interior design of the restaurants because the ceiling is filled with the flags of countries from all over the world.
At the beginning the Stephen Center was founded by two missionaries as a simple coffee shop, restaurant and bookshop. The restaurant has since expanded, and now fully caters to any event, from large embassy parties and government meetings to small family parties. The Stephen Center also houses Albania's first ever Christian book store, providing much needed resources for the Christian community.
But besides the restaurant/coffee shop, on the second floor there are also hotel rooms at affordable prices. So in my opinion this is a must-have-breakfast-there kind of place since the menu has one of those perfect breakfasts where nothing is missing.
Also as I mentioned before, this is a global restaurant, they cook dishes from everywhere- they have Italian, Mexican, English and traditional dishes. So you know when you're with a group of people and you can't decide where to go 'cause there will always be someone who doesn't eat Mexican/ Chinese or whatever food? Now you can just take them to this place and shut them up (not in a rude way).
