I’m not vegan but I really love vegan food.
In the city center, there is a cozy, tiny vegan bistro run by a kind and peaceful female crew. I think it is one of the few places where you can eat great vegan food despite not being radically chic. In addition, it is really cheap! (I would say it’s truly hippie).
Usually when you get there, they give you the daily menu and you have to write down what you want to eat.
Because it’s very small, if you don’t want to wait for a table, I would suggest arriving around 12:30 or earlier. Every day they post the “daily menu” in their Facebook page: they have at least one complete meal, some rice (or cereals) with vegetables, legumes and salads.
I really suggest you try the veggie kebab (made with seitan or soy) -- it is super yummy! Another dish that I really love is the vegan parmigiana (made with eggplants).
Every day they have also some fresh-made fruit or vegetables juice.
You might have to wait a bit for your meal, but it is because they really cook fresh food (and with lots of love).
Enjoy your meal!
