There is something like Polish national pride, and there is, especially among men, a strong interest in military history. If you want to know what the first Polish kings wore or what the weapons were during Marshal Piłsudski's reign, make sure you visit.
This is one of the freshest museums in Warsaw. It is in a spectacular building, composed on one side of triangularly shaped stone (Museum of Polish Military) and marble on the other (Museum of Polish History). Sharing the same square and huge echo, this pair makes a spectacular impression on visitors.
You can see that the building was opened not that long ago, and there is just a modest exhibition. But there's plenty more to come (like children's room and educational space).
