The Bite's stylish interior, its outgoing staff and the nice selection of craft beers would already be reason enough to plan visiting this new joint near Langstrasse. But of course everyone gathers here for what they're really famous for: awesome gourmet burgers. No matter if you choose the Californian (guacamole, goat cheese & coriander pesto), the Wildcard (Asiago cheese, radish & miso-red wine sauce) or any other burger on their list, you won't walk away disappointed. Or roll away, that is.
But the best is yet to come. Because instead of going through the tortuous process of choosing only one of these delicious burgers due to the limits of your stomach capacity, you can just go ahead and order a plate of sliders - three miniature versions of any burger on the menu. Add a side dish of Animal Fries (french fries baked over with Cheddar cheese and shallots) and you're good to go.
Three burgers in one night? Yes we can!
