“This is a place for VIPs” the barman told me as he saw me with the camera. I wanted to take a picture for my article. “But I will just let you take this one photo”, he continued.
Well, don’t we all like to feel a VIP occasionally? Don’t we all like to show off a bit? That first time she took me to Totò, we drove with her sports car and found a parking spot just outside. Inside, they had this monthly Italian disco evening “Tipi di spiaggia”: Italian songs were played and young people danced around the bar area. I like Italian songs but they could have definitely put the music volume under distortion level so that “young” people in their 40s would have been able to converse sitting on the sofas along the inside facade or at the bar.
At all other evenings it is great, though. Skip the restaurant area in the interior (too serious). You can have your pizza tandoori chicken (not so Italian but great) and panacotta in the bar area.
In the summer they have tables outside at the side street. The setting is very pleasant; after all, this is Seefeld.
And since some ladies always tend to arrive late, take your laptop with you, they have free WiFi so you can spend waiting time constructively; or just showing off.
