Although The Thaiboat isn’t floating on turquoise water but next to a non swim-friendly city harbor quay instead – it used to be that typical sign of summer we’d all been waiting for; to finally be able to stick our feet in the artificial sand again, whilst staring at their fake crocodile in the water…
From only being open during the summer months, however, this year’s the first they’ve stayed open the whole year! So no matter the season or temperature for your planed visit, you can expect glass-enclosed huts as well as heated outdoor seating.
Unfortunately the prices are a little bit above average for this part of the city, especially the yummy tropical cocktails. Considering the rare experience it’s justified though, and The Thaiboat is totally worth a visit whilst in Stockholm.
Note: I suggest you make a reservation if you want to have dinner, considering its popularity.
