There is one bridge in Warsaw I like more than the others and that is Gdanski bridge, or Most Gdański. It has two levels: one for cars and a second one just under the road for trams and pedestrians, which also has a cycling lane. It is made of wood and it looks absolutely fantastic. It was built in 1959 and rebuilt in 1997. It is colored green and has illuminated letters on the lower part.
It is a very popular spot for photo sessions with dancers or outdoors sportsmen. Moreover, from the bridge there is a beautiful view over the old city of Warsaw. It is a good idea to finish a walk by the river, like in my article Vistula Tour, just in this place and take a picture from both the outside and the inside of the bridge.
