I love going to the cinema but I like to watch my movies in their original version. Despite the many expats in the city and most of the Milanese speaking a very decent level of English, it is difficult to find movies in their original version.
The program Sound & Motion Pictures shows English speaking movies in 3 different cinemas in Milan. Don't get too excited, it's one showing per cinema per week and the selection can be on the commercial side and not always includes the most recent movies.
Great news is that it is very inexpensive at only € 6.50 for a single ticket or € 38 for 10 tickets.
My favorite of the 3 is the small and cozy, Cinema Mexico Rocky Horror House, in via Savona, where Thursdays is English language movie night (great sound system). Other locations and days are: on Mondays at Anteospazio Cinema (next to porta Garibaldi) and on Tuesdays at Arcobaleno Film Center.
Tip - Complete your night out at the Rocky Horror Cinema with dinner at the neighboring restaurant "Fiore" that serves excellent Italian fair in relaxed setting.
