Coffee | Tea | Stories
My weekend routine always has to start with one thing: good coffee. I’m honestly quite picky when it comes to what I consider a good coffee, so you can imagine how happy I was when I recently discovered a great Italian espresso bar right in my neighbourhood.
Tucked away in a little street in the Jordaan, Bruno’s is a small, no-nonsense espresso bar which serves really, really good coffee. As soon as you walk in you’re greeted by Bruno himself behind the coffee machines. There are different kinds of coffee beans to choose from, and each has its own story. Of course there is also a selection of teas, and some sweet streets like banana bread or Italian biscuits. There are a few seats inside in case you want to sit in, and also a bench outside. But if the weather is nice I would suggest taking your coffee to go and enjoying it while you stroll through the little streets and canals of the Jordaan.
A perfect start to your day if you ask me!
