This one is definitely one of Amsterdam's hidden gems, located in the Pijp. Without any discussion necessary, this place is one of the most sun-soaked terraces of Amsterdam. The terrace itself is built so you can optimally work on your tan while relaxing, reading or taking a nap. Sit down on one of the beach chairs and order one of the many different special beers!
Tolbar is located in Cinetol, which is a creative place for entrepreneurs, and they also offer a varied program full of cultural activities. If you arrive at Tolbar in the morning you do not have to leave until you are ready for bed. You start your day here getting some work done, in the afternoon you strike down in one of the beach chairs and afterwards you go to a cultural event. You tell me what more you need for a day well spent because I cannot think of anything else!
