Any ice-cream lovers in the room?
Delacrem is a ten-years-old coffee shop, located in Enric Granados, one of my favourite streets of Barcelona because of the number of restaurants, bars and terraces.
Probably, if you are walking around the area on a summer afternoon, you will find out a long queue in the corner with Consell de Cent Street. The wait is worth it for one of the magnificent ice creams of Delacrem by Massimo Pignata.
Delacrem is specialized in pure, artisan and seasonal ice creams. These are naturally flavoured (no artificial flavours) and naturally coloured (no artificial food coloring). In the production, they only use gluten-free products so all the ice creams are suitable for celiac people.
It offers over a dozen different flavours, which change depending on the season. My favourite flavour is pistachio, but hazelnut and straciatella are among the most famous ones! If you are into summer fruits, coconut and melon are also great choices!
Besides ice creams, Delacrem also serves high-quality coffee and homemade pastries and cakes. Usually, I grab an ice cream while I go for a walk, but you can also sit on their terrace or inside the cosy café.
