I love Barcelona because you can find stores specialized in every single thing you can imagine. La Llama Store is focused in humour through books, art and other random items.
I first found out about La Llama because one of my favourite artists launched an exhibition with her draws there. This store has an art gallery where local artists show their work so you can also buy it. That day I ended up buying a couple of books and deciding that I had to come back to spend some more time checking out everything that they have. Every fan of humour, comics or just looking for a laugh must visit it.
Most of the books are in Catalan or Spanish. However, if you don’t speak the local language you can also spend some time there with the novelty items and random funny stuff that you can get for yourself or as a gift or joke for a friend.
As it is a store about humour and fun, their Open Mic events and other comedy activities are a must! Check the website and social media to have a look at their agenda!
